2waytraffic is a television production company based in Hilversum, Netherlands by Kees Abrahams, Unico Glorie, Taco Ketelaar and Henk Keilman in 2004. They were former executives for Endemol. In 2006, the company made three acquisitions. In June 2006, the company acquired the mobile solutions provider Emexus. In August 2006, the company also acquired the content developer Intellygents. In December 2006, the company acquired the rights of the UK company Celador International and its programme library, including the international Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? franchise. It has offices in London, New York, Budapest, Stockholm, and Madrid. Currently, it's a subsidiary of Sony Pictures Entertainment since 4 June 2008.[1]
