"32-20 Blues" is a blues song by Delta blues musician Robert Johnson, recorded during his second recording session in San Antonio, Texas on November 26, 1936. The song was originally released on 78 rpm format as Vocalion 03445, in April the following year. The title refers to the .32-20 Winchester cartridge. The song is partially based on the Skip James song "22-20 Blues."

The song has been covered by many artists, including Muddy Waters, The New York Dolls, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Flamin' Groovies, Johnny Winter, Gov't Mule, the Peter Green Splinter Group, Keith Richards, and Peter Laughner.
