Bulova Technologies Group believes defense, manufacturing, and technology is a recipe for business success. Bulova operates in three primary segments: defense, contract manufacturing, and technologies. Its defense operations provide the DoD with explosive simulators, ammunition, and pyrotechnic devices, as well as integration services. Bulova's contract manufacturing division assembles printed circuit boards and cable assemblies. It sold its BulovaTech Labs, which developed and licensed applications for the defense, energy, and health care markets, to Growth Technologies International in 2010. Bulova completed a reverse merger with 3Si Holdings in late 2009 in order to become a publicly traded company.
