40th Anniversary Collection is a box set of ten Olivia Newton-John albums (dating from 1974 to 1988). The box set was released October 13, 2010, simultaneously with the compilation album 40/40: The Best Selection.
This box set has been specially created for the Japanese market and has been remastered by Universal Music Japan and pressed on SHM-CD. It includes 11 discs (10 SHM-CDs + 1 DVD); the CDs are housed in miniature cardboard reproductions of the original LP jackets, and each album contain two extra tracks that were not previously available on the original albums. The DVD contains a few solo performances taken from her early TV specials and one video. The remastered albums were also released separately.
