5 A Day

Wikipedia: 5 A Day

5 A Day is the name of a number of programs in various countries, especially the United States and the United Kingdom, to encourage the consumption of at least five portions of fruit and vegetables each day, following requests by the World Health Organization to consume at least 400g of vegetables daily.[1]

While all the programs call for five daily portions of fruits and vegetables, the portion sizes recommended in different countries can vary by almost an order of magnitude. For instance, the United States considers 1/4 cup of dried fruit to be a serving,[2][3] an amount 4 times larger than the 1 tablespoon United Kingdom serving size.[4]

5 A Day is also known as 5 + A Day in Australasia.
