504 Records is a record label founded by Mike Dine in 1978 that specializes in New Orleans traditional jazz.
The name is inspired by the New Orleans telephone area code.
The Young Tuxedo Brass Band is among the ensembles who have recorded for 504. Other artists who have recorded for 504 include Pete Fountain, Raymond Burke, Dr. Michael White, Lionel Ferbos, Kid Sheik, Teddy Riley, Freddie Lonzo, Chester Zardis, and Chuck Carbo. 504 has also reissued recordings originally made for other small labels, including material going back to the 1950s.
