The budget compilation '80s Urban Beats & Grooves mostly delivers on what the title promises, offering ten tracks from that decade, including the stripped-down funk balladry of Rick James' "Cold Blooded" and Cameo's "Candy," as well as the urban pop of Oran "Juice" Jones' "The Rain" and the new jack swing of Bobby Brown's "My Prerogative."
