91006 Fleming (provisional designation: 1998 BT25) is a main-belt minor planet. It was discovered by Miloš Tichý and Zdeněk Moravec at the Kleť Observatory near České Budějovice, Czech Republic, on January 28, 1998. It is named Alexander Fleming, a Scottish biologist and pharmacologist of the 19th and 20th centuries.
