The scientific or taxonomic name would be Dictamnus albus.

There are a bunch of plants that are called burning bushes today. Of them, two are likely to be found in Israel, Dictamnus, also known as dittany. It is native to southern Europe, North Africa, and much of Asia. Another candidate is Kochia scoparia, one of many tumbleweeds in the world, but native to Eurasia. Something tells me that neither of these is the one Moses encountered in Midian.
