Karen White is an American author who has written at least 10 novels[1]. Most novels are based in the low-country of the southeastern United States. White is married with two children.[1]
Karen was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and during her chldhood lived in numerous states and also in Venezula and London, England, where she graduated from high school. She attended college at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana where she obtained a BS in Business Management and was a member of Chi Omega Fraternity.[1] It was in London where she developed her love for reading and writing.
Karen currently has 10 books in print. Her very first book, "In the Shadow of the Moon" was a double finalist for the prestigous RITA Award[2] given by the Romance Writers of America. Karen maintains a web site about her novels.[3]
