Katie Morgan (born March 17, 1980) is an American pornographic actress, model and radio talk-show host.

Career
Morgan initially entered the porn industry as a means to pay off her sizeable bail and plea bargain after being arrested for transporting over 100 pounds of marijuana from Mexico into the United States in 2000.[1] Her first sex scene was in Ed Powers' Dirty Debutantes 197.[1]
She has been featured in HBO's A Real Sex Xtra: Pornucopia – Going Down in the Valley, Katie Morgan on Sex Toys, Katie Morgan: Porn 101, Katie Morgan's Sex Tips: Questions, Anyone?, and in the HBO documentary film Katie Morgan: A Porn Star Revealed, in which she describes having chosen the surname Morgan in reference to the alcoholic beverage Captain Morgan's Rum and the first name Katie in reference to the first name of Gone with the Wind's Scarlett O'Hara. In the documentary, Morgan claimed a genius-level IQ result of 165 on an online quiz.[2] Although unverified, she did perform well on The Howard Stern Show when she participated in a general knowledge quiz game.
She has been interviewed on several FM band and Sirius Satellite Radio shows, recently on King Dude, The Mike Church Show as well as XM Satellite Radio on the Opie & Anthony Show starring Jim Norton. For several years she co-hosted The Wanker Show with Wankus on adult internet radio station KSEXradio.com.
In 2008 Morgan made a guest appearance on HBO's Entourage playing herself. She made her first mainstream feature film appearance in Kevin Smith's 2008 comedy, Zack and Miri Make a Porno, co-starring Seth Rogen and Elizabeth Banks.
It was announced on June 6th, 2009 that Morgan and Degrassi Associate Producer Jim Jackman would be married September 9th, 2009. The ceremony will be officiated by writer-director Kevin Smith who introduced the couple during Zack and Miri Make a Porno.
Morgan won the 2005 X-Rated Critics Organization Award for Unsung Siren,[3] and she was named The Jenna Jameson Crossover Star Of The Year at the 2009 AVN Awards.[4] She was a nominee for the 2003 AVN Best New Starlet Award.[5]
It was announced on the June 19th, 2009 SModcast (a radio podcast from Director Kevin Smith and his friend and collaborator Scott Mosier), that Katie Morgan and James "Jim" Jackman, an assistant producer on Degressi: The Next Generation, have become engaged. Katie and Jim recounted how they first met and were introduced by Kevin Smith while Katie was filming Zack and Miri make a Porno. Jim was taking the year off and was on set visiting when they met. They began dating shortly thereafter. It was noted that they plan to marry 9/9/2009 ("We have a thing with numbers", she said) at Kevin Smith's house and California, and that Kevin Smith plans to become an ordained minister in order to officiate the ceremony.
