Laura Kate Turner (born August 12, 1982) is a British sprinter selected to represent Great Britain at the 2008 Olympics, in the 4 x 100m relay and the 100m.[1]
She was part of the British 4 x 100m relay team that finished 4th at the 2007 World Championships in Athletics in Osaka (along with Montell Douglas, Joice Maduaka and Emily Freeman).
Turner represented Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing competing at the 100 metres sprint. In her first round heat she placed fourth in a time of 11.65 which was not enough to advance to the second round.[1]
