It depends.
If you are on private property, no.
If you are on public property, maybe. Yes if you are an adult, but you can get away with not having one if you are a minor.

Usually little kids like making lemonade. At age 5, an adult may be with you. As you get older you can do it yourself. At age 10-11, kids usually don't make lemonade.
When we suck the straw, we create a pressure within the straw to go against gravity. So the straw pulls up the lemonade because of the force we create through sucking.
(It maters how many cups of lemonade you want! get as much lemons as you need)
1. Get the lemons and squeez them into a bowl PLEASE READ (get a cylinder bowl and put it on top of the bowl and then squeez the lemons into the bowl)
2.( After squeezing the lemons) if u have one lemon put 2 spoon fulls of sugar! (taste it too see how it is)
If you have two lemons put 3 spoon fulls of sugar keep adding up how much sugar u need as the lemons!
3. Now taste the lemonade again and see how you like it! If its still sower add some water... Keep adding little bits at a time and then taste again and see it! If its still not right add some more water and when its done (makes puff sound)
you have homemade lemonade! :)

Anything you want. This guy I went through school with made fortunes selling brownies at his lemonade stand. Dude was sixteen years old, running a lemonade stand and selling brownies, and no one even thought to question why a sixteen-year-old boy was running a lemonade stand. As you probably figured out, said brownies had hashish in them.
The calories in a glass of lemonade vary between drink brands. Making the drink yourself and adding less sugar will decrease the amount of calories. One 8 ounce cup of regular lemonade is about 100 calories.
Yes they used to, I just tried to order them for our lake trip and the liquor store owner says they no longer make them but you can get 16 oz cans, 8% alcohol in 4 packs.....maybe an option!
They still make them (the plastic 16 oz), I saw them at the Mariners game Monday 7/30/12.
I asked my local central market to order me some, and their computer shows it as available.
you can sell it for $0.25 depending on how much money you had involved.
Good luck and have fun
Yes because it involves fasting. If you fast, you will lose weight but according to medical studies, that starving and fasting can only create more health problems than it can provide. The best way to cleanse your system is to eat lots of fiber-rich foods or you can try green tea extract supplement. The concentrated form can accelerate the detoxification process to get rid of toxins and fats away from your body. Eat right, exercise, and take supplements, these are the best and safest way to lose weight.
There is no equivalent name in French for sherbet, an intermediate between sorbet and ice-cream.
The same word as for ice-cream would be used, "glace".
Sorbet is exclusively reserved for ice cream that is made purely of fruit and sugar, with no dairy in it.
