You can use the Organization Information Request letter to obtain information about an organization in which you are interested. For example, you might be interested in joining an organization but would like to receive additional information before making such a decision. The first paragraph of this letter provides: "I am interested in your organization and its goals. Please send me information about your organization."
You are able to include optional sentences requesting information concerning membership or the financial report for an organization. You can also compose an additional paragraph in which you can provide further information regarding your interest in the organization. This paragraph could be used to be more specific regarding the information that you are requesting. The final paragraph advises the organization on how to contact you and also provides a "thank you."
