A Balloon Called Moaning is the debut mini-album[1] by Welsh Indie Rock band The Joy Formidable. It was originally only released in Japan in December 2008 but in February 2009 the album was released on CD and as a shorter EP version via free digital download on the website Music Glue. The album was released in a unique A3 sheet case.[2]
