From Eubie Blake to Dick Hyman to David Thomas Roberts, this two-disc Vanguard collection celebrating the centennial of classic ragtime includes many top-rank composers (Scott Joplin, Joseph Lamb, James Reese Europe, Hal G. Nichols) and performers (Max Morath, Joshua Rifkin, William Bolcom).
