A Day in the Life is a 2009 American musical crime film, written, directed by and starring Sticky Fingaz. The film co-stars Mekhi Phifer, Fredro Starr, Bokeem Woodbine and Omar Epps. The film centers on one day in the life of Stick, a gang leader, as he attempts to retire from a life of crime. A Day in the Life contains no spoken dialogue. Instead, the actors rap all their lines over a hip-hop beat.[1]
