Plot

In this series, the A&E cable network introduces their selection of some of the most interesting, beautiful, or engaging things in the world. In this episode, the top ten dogs that are good with family are studied and rated. Different trends in movies and TV sometimes begin a phenomenon for a certain breed of pet. After 101 Dalmatians came out, every family wanted a Dalmatian. View this episode to find out if a Dalmatian is the right dog for the family, or if there might be a better pick. Pet trainers and breeders talk about what traits to look for in finding the right family dog. Many qualities are considered, including playfulness with children, allergies, and overall lifestyle. These "family dog" traits are of course different than people who are looking for a good companion dog or a security dog. ~ Cecilia Cygnar, All Movie Guide
