- TITLE: A.J. Foyt
- DESCRIPTION: Happy 73rd birthday to A.J. Foyt, the only man to have won the "triple crown" of motorsports: the Indianapolis 500, the Daytona 500 and the 24-Hour Le Mans. Foyt has set numerous records over his 50-year career in auto racing: he drove in a record 35 Indy 500 races and is the first to have won the race four times. He holds the record for most career victories (67) and most wins in one season (10). In 1965, Foyt crashed in a NASCAR stock car race, incurring injuries so severe that he was pronounced dead at the scene. Another driver saw some movement and revived him. Within 10 weeks, Foyt was back on the track, racing and winning.
