Plot
Betty Boop wants to give her pet dog Pudgy a bath. Pudgy doesn't want to take a bath. There! That's the entire plot of this cartoon, which largely consists of a wild chase through Betty's house, punctuated by Pudgy's contrary behavior whenever he's plunked into a tub of soapy, bubbly water.
