Plot

Although he is only in his twenties, aggressive young businessman Daniel (Brad Rowe) feels burned out and at the end of his rope. Hoping to start life anew, Daniel and his girlfriend Beth (Michelle Beaudoin) join a spiritual cult headed by the seemingly benign "Father" (Nick Manusco). Unfortunately, the cult is not quite what Daniel expected it to be -- but by the time he finds this out, it may too late for him to turn back. Opening Narration

“ Religious devotion can lead people away from temptation and evil, but is the path as clear if that devotion is blind? ”

Plot

A preacher leads people into a secluded enclave away from the temptations of the outer world. However, a few of the residents begin to suspect the preacher's motives, and eventually they find the reason behind the creation of the enclave.

Closing Narration

“ When you blindly give up your free will to a higher authority, be sure you are not also giving up control of your ultimate destiny. ”
