Proposal for the Universal Use of Irish Manufacture, A (1720), a polemic on Irish affairs published anonymously by Jonathan Swift, his first such pamphlet after becoming Dean of St Patrick's. In it he attacks the English mercantilist policy which is draining Ireland of her wealth.
