Mark Isham's score for this family saga has much the same warm, nostalgic tone as Robert Redford's film. It's a period piece, and there are touches of the '20s here and there, but for the most part, Isham mixes slow, string-filled passages with stately small group pieces. It makes for good Sunday afternoon background music. ~ William Ruhlmann, Rovi
