A. Sreekar Prasad (commonly referred to as Sreekar Prasad) is a film editor from Andhra pradesh, India. He has won the National Film Award for Best Editing six times throughout a career spanning over two decades, his last win being for his work on the acclaimed feature film Kannathil Muthamittal (2002), directed by Mani Ratnam. He has worked on Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, and English films.

Some of the films Sreekar Prasad has edited include Kannathil Muthamittal (2002), Alaipayuthey (2000), Vaanaprastham (1999), Aayitha Ezhuthu (2004) and Yuva (2004). He recently worked as editor on the film Navarasa (2005), directed by Santosh Sivan. Presently, Sreekar Prasad has worked on the films Pokiri (2007), Guru, Sainikudu (2007) and Sila Nerangalil (2008). He was well known by all in the Tamil industry for the work in the block buster movie Billa (2007). He has been signed in for the Prestigious MegaBudget Malayalam film Pazhassi Raja.

A well known editor known for his excellent work has been in majority of Maniratnam's films.
