A. Wayne Wymore (1927 (U.S.) - 24 February 2011) was an American mathematician and systems engineer. He gained both his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the Iowa State University, and his PhD in mathematics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Wymore was founder and first Chairman of Systems and Industrial Engineering (SIE) Department at the University of Arizona. He was also one of the first Fellows of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
