The B8 expressway (Croatian: Brza cesta B8) is an expressway in Istria, Croatia connecting Rovinj with Matulji near Rijeka where it links with A7 highway. The 5,062 m long Učka Tunnel, the third longest in Croatia, is a part of the expressway. The expressway is toll-free, except for Učka tunnel, which is a toll tunnel. Together with B9 expressway it forms the Istrian Y.

The expressway is planned to be converted into a motorway (autocesta), when it will become known as A8.
