Abrazo Health Care is the second largest health care delivery system in Arizona, United States.[1] Abrazo Health Care is located in Phoenix, Arizona and was established in 2003. The Abrazo system comprises five acute care hospitals and one cardiovascular-specialty hospital. The health care system offers a broad range of medical services including cardiology, internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, women’s health, diagnostic imaging, outpatient services, and emergency care. In addition to the hospitals, the Abrazo Health Care system includes primary and specialty care physician offices, managed care health plans and school-based health centers.

Vanguard Health Systems, Inc., headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, owns and operates 25 medical facilities including acute care hospitals, specialty hospitals, rehabilitation and surgical institutes and complementary health care services in five U.S. states: Arizona, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Texas.
