Abstract Update

Making current an existing, but old, Abstract of Title by adding to it copies of all relevant documents recorded since the preparation or most recent update of the existing abstract.
Example: A building that was sold on April 1, 2005, was sold again on July 10, 2005. An abstract of title was provided for the April 1 sale, though an abstract update was considered adequate for the second sale.
