The Achara (Hindi: ऐचरा) are a Jat Gotra (clan), found in Rajasthan state in India.

History & Origin
The name is traced back to Ila, wife of the Buddha. The Anglo people of Roam were known as Achara in India.[1]
Distribution
They are found in Jaipur,Jhunjhunu and Tonk districts in Rajasthan.
