Acoustic Research Series Sampler is a good introduction to the label's collection of discs that are designed to enhance your life, improve your health and sleep, and help you reach your full potential. It's soothing, relaxing music, the kind of music that most critics disdain for being relatively featureless, but the disc does achieve its intended goal of providing relaxing, meditative music.
