Acquacanina is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about 70 km southwest of Ancona and about 40 km southwest of Macerata. The municipal seat is in the frazione of Piè del Colle.
Acquacanina borders the following municipalities: Bolognola, Fiastra, Fiordimonte, San Ginesio, Sarnano, Ussita, Visso.
