A form of progressive systemic sclerosis occurring with Raynaud's phenomenon, marked by stiffness of the skin of the fingers, atrophy of the soft tissue of the hands and feet, and osteoporosis of the distal phalanges. Also called acroscleroderma, sclerodactyly.
