Those acts, such as making diagnoses, performing surgical operations, anesthetizing, performing embryo transfers, carrying out radiographic examinations which are considered, in law, to be the prerogative of registered, professional veterinarians. Persons who are not veterinarians and who perform these acts are liable to prosecution under the registration legislation.
