Surat Ad-Dukhan (Arabic: سورة الدخان ) (Smoke) is the 44th sura of the Qur'an with 59 ayat.
Summary
The Surat starts with glorifying Allah's power. It also states that Allah destroys disbelieving nations, as he did to ancient Egyptians. Verses 43-46 describe Jahannam. In verses 51-57 Allah describes Jannah and promises Houris to the rewarded men.
