Adam Campbell (born November 7, 1980)[citation needed] is an English actor. He is known for his roles in the American film parodies Date Movie and Epic Movie.

Biography
Early life
Campbell was born Adam Jones in Bath, England, the son of Jean and Peter Jones.[1] He attended the Beechen Cliff School, where he was a member of the drama club, joined the Musical Youth Theatre Company and appeared in stage productions at the local Theatre Royal. After receiving a degree in "Drama" from the University of Exeter, where he shared a room with Pop Idol winner Will Young, he trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art between 2001 and 2004. After graduating, Campbell moved to the United States in pursuit of acting roles.
Career
Campbell was first cast in Commando Nanny, an unaired sitcom for The WB Television Network, which was originally scheduled to premiere in 2004. He subsequently starred as "Grant Fockyerdoder" with Alyson Hannigan in the 2006 parody of romantic comedy films, Date Movie, which was a mild success at the American box office. He also starred in You Are Here, an independent film about a group of twenty-somethings, released in 2007. But one of his biggest roles was in Epic Movie where he starred as one of the main roles, Peter Pervertski. Campbell starred in Harper's Island as Cal Vandeusen.
Campbell was an actor in alternative rock band Switchfoot's music video for the song Awakening. He is featured as young man rocking out to the song while playing the video game Guitar Hero. He also appeared in the music video for the song "Love Song", by Sara Bareilles as the owner of the store featured in the video. He married actress Jayma Mays in 2007 after meeting on the set of Epic Movie.
