Club career

Everton

Forshaw joined Everton aged 16, In the summer of 2008 he was offered a place as a first-year scholar and soon after claimed a regular place in the Everton U-18's. Everton manager David Moyes gave Forshaw his competitive debut in a Europa League tie against BATE Borisov on 17 December 2009.[1] He made his domestic debut as an 82nd minute substitute in a Premier League game against Wolverhampton Wanderers on 9 April 2011.[2] On 24 February 2012, Forshaw joined Football League One side Brentford on a one-month youth loan deal.[3]

Brentford

After a successful loan spell, Forshaw joined League One club Brentford on a two-year contract for an undisclosed fee.[4]
