Plot

Robert Ginty plays an avaricious British lawyer who uses his wiles to keep a crooked union leader out of jail. For his trouble, Ginty is awarded one million pounds. It soon becomes obvious, however, that the union fully intends to get its money back by any means possible. Ginty must now do battle with the very same "dirty tricks" he's been employing all his life. Let's face it: it's hard to root for a lawyer. ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
