Adrian Pukanych (Ukrainian: Адріан Миколайович Пуканич, born 22 June 1983 in Vynohradiv, Zakarpattia Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder who plays for FC Illychivets Mariupol in the Ukrainian Premier League.
