Plot

In this animated comedy adventure for the whole family, Scamper is a penguin living in the unspoiled territories of Antarctica with his fellow penguin pal, Snowflake. Scamper and his chums have never met a human being before when they encounter a friendly scientist doing research on Antarctic life, and they soon welcome his dog, Cowboy, into their circle of friends.
