Aelfgar Centre

The Aelfgar Centre, is the sixth form college of two medium-sized high schools; Fair Oak Business and Enterprise College and Hagley Park Sports College in Rugeley, Staffordshire. The centre offers a variety of A-Level and vocational courses, as well as several adult education programmes scheduled between 8am and 9pm on weekdays. Facilities are basic but competent, including two computer suites, a gym hall and a now-disused swimming pool.

Aelfgar's results attainment, in terms of A-Levels, is frequently of a far higher standard than Stafford College, the centre's main rival in terms of local student recruitment.[citation needed]
