Aflao is a town on Ghana's Togolese (eastern) border. It is primarily illegally populated by the Anlo Ewe from Togo, a branch of the Ewe people of Togo.
In the 18th century, Aflao served as one of the major markets for the slave trade.
Aflao is on the coast and near the border with Togo.
