Saints:

Agapitus

Agapitus (date unknown), martyr of Praeneste. While details of his life are unknown, his cult at Rome and Praeneste from early times is well attested by Sacramentaries and other liturgical books, together with church dedications. His Acts describe him as a boy of only fifteen years who was killed by the sword for refusing to abjure the Christian faith. Feast: 18 August.
