AGF Private Equity provides asset management services, specializing in investment funds and venture capital. The Allianz subsidiary invests in approximately E100 million in private equity funds annually, with E1.3 billion spread across 90 mainly European funds. It targets funds of funds, discretionary mandates (gatekeeping agreements), and dedicated funds involved in European private equity. AGF's venture capital team invests in more than 50 companies, managing E275 million. Its venture capital activities focus on information technology and life science organizations.
