The AGM-88 HARM (high-speed antiradiation missile) is an air-to-surface anti-radiation missile designed to destroy radar-equipped air defense systems. The proportional guidance system hones in on enemy radar emissions. The F-16C can carry and launch the AGM-88, and is the only aircraft currently equipped with AGM-88.
