AI Claims Solutions (formerly Auto Indemnity Group) provides a range of outsourced services to the UK auto insurance industry, including accident management, uninsured loss recovery, and vehicle repair and replacement services. The company changed its name to highlight its focus of claims services, but continues to use the Auto Indemnity name as well. In 2004 the company acquired the Colegate group of companies, made up of Colegate Vehicle Hire, Colegate Accident Assistance, and Motor Hire (Diss). The acquisition brought AI Claim Solutions new commercial contracts as well as new customers.
