Plot

Returning by plane from a Singapore symposium, House (Hugh Laurie) and Cuddy (Lisa Edelstein) find themselves in the middle of an airborne medical emergency involving a first-class passenger. It could be the start of a meningitis epidemic--or it could be something even more sinister!
