Buddhism Dictionary:

Akaniṣṭha

(Sanskrit). The highest of the eighteen heavens in the Form Realm (rūpa-dhātu), at the very limit of form-bearing existence. At times, Akaniṣṭha is also used in the sense of the entire universe in its pure aspect, comprising all the Buddha-fields of the ten directions.
