Akira Kurosawa (Assamese: আকিৰা কুৰ'ছাৱা) is the first venture of publishing books by Gauhati Cine Club. It is a collection of article about the great Japanese filmmaker Akira Kurosawa. The book contains articles of premiere critic of Kurosawa, Donald Richie, Satyajit Ray, Manik Bora etc. The book is written in Assamese in order to cater to the need of Assamese audience. The book is published by Alok Adhikari of N. L. Production on behalf of Gauhati Cine Club.[1]
