Akuri

Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Email

Akuri is a spicy scrambled egg dish eaten in Parsi cuisine.[1][2] The spices used are ginger, coriander, chopped chilis, and black pepper; minced tomatoes are commonly added.[1] Akuri is traditionally eaten with pav or double roti (types of Indian bread) and for this reason is somewhat liquid in texture.

The popular dish egg bhurji (egg khagina in Pakistan) is another version of this.
