Al Duqm Port & Drydock will be one of the major ports in Oman with its strategic location in the Arabian Sea. This port is also equipped with a Ship Repair Yard & Drydock facility, which is first of its kind in Oman.
The dry dock is operated and managed by the Oman Drydock Company, S.A.O.C. The port is still in reclamation and will be transferred to the Ministry of Transport and Communications in May 2012. The port will be managed by the Port of Duqm Company,S.A.O.C.
